The true classic of Country Wines. Delicate white lacy Elderflowers, picked in the early summer from high in the hedgerows, produce the unmistakable aroma of Elderflower Wine. A slight tang on the tongue at first, but the flavour soon mellows to moderately sweet floral delight. Serve Chilled

A beautiful bouquet of wild golden Honeysuckle. This unique Cwm Deri Country Wine is smooth and nectar sweet, evoking thoughts of a stroll along winding Pembrokeshire lanes, with hedgerows covered in perfumed Honeysuckle flowers. Serve lightly chilled. Delicious as a dessert wine.

This popular old favourite is back by public demand. Small amounts of sap are taken from the Silver Birch trees growing at Cwm Deri where we have created this special, smooth medium sweet white wine with a well-rounded body. Serve Chilled.
